（中央社記者謝佳珍新竹市24日電）民主進步黨立法院黨團質疑中國國民黨總統候選人朱立倫炒地皮；朱立倫今天表示，區段徵收叫做炒地皮，太好笑了。
媒體報導，民進黨立法院黨團今天質疑朱立倫在桃園縣長任內，先以每坪新台幣15萬元徵收民地，再以最高每坪74萬元標售給財團，大蓋豪宅；民進黨立委段宜康說，「什麼叫炒地皮？去問朱立倫就對了」。
朱立倫下午在國民黨立委參選人鄭正鈐競選總部面對媒體詢問時說，太好笑了，「區段徵收叫做炒地皮，哈哈哈哈哈」，所有縣市長都會很想笑。
媒體詢問，如何因應民進黨猛攻鄭正鈐；朱立倫說，民進黨越打鄭正鈐表示心虛，國民黨推動國會改革，讓鄭正鈐能當選，是新竹人的選擇。
被問到與民進黨總統候選人蔡英文的客語比較，朱立倫表示，他不想比較，他在桃園一直講客家話，跟客家庄朋友一起長大，他推動客家文化不是在選舉時才推動。
朱立倫說，對於選舉，他全力以赴，客家鄉親重情重義，他很認真推動客家文化，相信客家鄉親一定會支持他。1041224
